Part two.... Sunday Ophelia had her official Birthday, our tradition is to be woken up on your Birthday with songs and presents - Moster (Auntie) Mathilde, Esteban and Sidsel came for lunch! Alistair and I made a feast of Moroccan slow roast shoulder of Lamb and a selection of beautiful salads and side dishes.
I also made a traditional Danish layer cake, We all ate and drank so we couldn't move.
Today we drove Mormor to the airport, she had to go home - We had a wonderful weekend together, a shame it goes so quick.
